Jonar has spent the past 25 years building a strong legacy of listening to and serving its customers. The world is changing and we are changing with it, but we are not abandoning our principles.
New leadership has been added within the organization, while at the same time historical experience is being maintained. In accordance with our desire to be continually upgrade our support, we have instituted a new web-based issue tracking system that is interactive, but we are not trying to stop customers from calling us on the phone.
We have instituted a new 'Quality Department' which is charged with seeking out systematic issues at Jonar that can be improved to have big impact on quality of service and product.
The largest new development is that Jonar has embarked on a large scale and complete redesign of our software. The goal is to keep the powerful legacy of business rules that protect and empower our customers, while launching them into a new technology platform. We have decided not to follow the herd and just play catch up with more current technologies and practices. We are planning for what business will be like in 5, 10 and 20 years with the flexibility to handle whatever comes.
