Since the launch of ParagonERP in 2016, we’ve moved towards a Software as a Service (SaaS) model which means our business is focused on delivering a high-quality, Cloud-based software to our customers. The software was built to be easily customizable, flexible, easy-to-use and affordable. While we focus our day-to-day operations on providing the best possible software solution for our customers, we also know that sometimes they need the guidance and support of experts to make sure things run smoothly.
So that’s why we’re also building a network of value-added partners who help us sell, service and support ParagonERP. We’re proud to announce that the first of these partners is our very own in-house service team, Jonar Services.
The Jonar Services team was born out of the Jonar customer service and operations teams. That means each member of the team has had a hand in helping to build ParagonERP − whether through making feature suggestions, working directly with developers and designers, or even testing the software as it’s being built.
Jonar Services has already helped dozens of companies transition from legacy ERP systems to ParagonERP. They offer a range of services including implementations and customizations, data migration and training. They also support our growing partnership network by helping our new partners with training and customer specific workflows, rules and reports.
